Celebrate What Makes Us Unique

Our diversity, inclusion and belonging strategy has been developed by our employees through focus groups that include employees from our markets; they are our business-wide accountability partners to ensure that everyone is laser-focused on creating an inclusive place that everyone feels comfortable, safe, and where we all can thrive.

Team Wellbeing

We know that there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to wellbeing at work. Our global workforce is still adapting to the new workplace and to the constant change. For this reason, we have launched and shift our wellbeing strategy to include the most important part of our business, our people.

Tell us about you

Whether you are applying for a role within our residence’s teams or a business support role you can expect a 2-stage approach in our selection process.

If you are shortlisted for a role, you may be invited to an interview either in person or over zoom where you will be asked questions about your skills and experience behaviours and values.

Show us what you can do

If we like what we see you will be asked to attend a second round.

For a role within the residence team, this could be an opportunity to spend some time with the team you will be working in experiencing the job 1st hand and completing some of the task you would do on a day today basis.

For a support role or a leadership position you may be asked to attend a panel assessment or a skills assessment.

For roles where you will be joining the leadership team, you may be asked to complete a DISC assessment.

The panel or skills assessment is not a trail by fire! We simply want to see that you have taken the time to think about our business and the role you have applied for.
