Our Claraval Student Residence, inaugurated in May 2016, is located on Calle San Bernardo, right next to the Metro San Bernardo, right in the heart of Madrid, next to Malasaña. With 186 beds, in different configurations (individual studios with private bathroom and kitchen, and 2 and 3 bedroom apartments with private bathroom and shared kitchen), it is the perfect accommodation for students looking for a more independent living experience.

Claraval has all the services you need, so you do not have to worry about anything other than studying and enjoying the city in your spare time:

Individual studios, and apartments for two and three people.
Private bathroom and full kitchen.
Two study rooms and a games room with billiards, TV, Play Station and library area.
Sun terrace located on the roof: more than 400m2 to enjoy the sun, read, play a game of table tennis or table football, study outdoors or just relax.
Last generation super-fast Internet network and WiFi throughout the building, even on the terrace, so you can surf the web while catching some rays.
Laundry room that works with by APP or coins.
Claraval residents can use the gyms of El Faro and Galdós, our other two residences in Madrid, at no additional cost.

Madrid is a city that vibrates day and night, with activities and events for all tastes and in Claraval we want to make it easy so that you don’t miss anything. The following points of interest are less than 15 minutes walking from our residence:

Malasaña, it will become your favorite neighborhood for its cafes, shops, restaurants …
University of Comillas (ICADE, ICAI) – super close by, less than 5 minutes’ walk.
Calle Fuencarral – is the next street, the mecca of the shopping.
The Phantom Metro Station in Chamberí – you have to visit it at least once!
The Gran Vía – with its wonderful buildings and its 24 hour life
Puerta del Sol – the centre of Spain!
Plaza de España – with its gardens and the Cervantes Monument

Thanks to its location, in the Chamberí neighborhood, Claraval is ideal for students of ICADE, ICAI, IED, New York University, Instituto de Empresa as well as the faculties of UCM and UPM. In addition, it is very close to the commercial and university life districts: Argüelles, Malasaña and Conde Duque. Other nearby places of interest include the Conde Duque Cultural Center with its open-air summer cinema, Teatro de la Abadia and Galileo. The nearest Metro is San Bernardo, located less than 50m from the Residence.
