Cashback Offer - Terms & Condition's

Our limited cashback promotion is only applicable to new bookings for the 2021/22 academic year and the tenancy must be for a minimum of 9 months with an exception of Aller Residence’s 7-months contracts for MIR students only.

The cashback incentive given is 200 euros and it has no cash redemption value, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other prize.

Offer will operate as a credit for the advertised amount applied against last installment.

In the event that any student cancels their booking or otherwise terminate the contract prior to the start of the tenancy, then this promotion offered will no longer be valid. To claim this offer, you must complete your booking, pay your advanced rent, and sign your tenancy agreement.

All offers are limited to a certain number of bookings. Nexo has the right to withdraw the offer at any given time on any residence, without notice.

These Terms & Conditions are correct as of 18th of May but Nexo has the right to change them at any time without prior notice.

Adherence to the promotion implies acceptance of these conditions of participation.

FAQ's

Q: I cancel my booking any time before checking in, can I still have cashback?

A: If you cancel/defer your booking before check-in, you will no longer qualify for this promotion.

Q: How and when can I receive cashback if I pay in full now?

A: Offer will operate as a 200 euros credit applied against the last amount.

Q: Can I have 200 euros in cash?

A: The offer has no cash redemption value, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other prize.

Q: I have booked a student accommodation for half a year only, can I have 100 euros?

A: The offer promotion is only applicable to bookings for a minimum of 9 months with an exception of Aller Residence’s 7-months contracts for MIR students only. 

Q: If my booking is completed after 1 July, can I still have cashback?

A: This promotion only valid for the 2021/22 academic year new booking between 18th of May 2021 to 31st July 2021. Any bookings made after 31st July 2021 will not be qualified for this promotion.

Q: I cannot see the cashback credit after checking in?

A: Until the student moves in, the Credit should not be applied to any instalments. This means the student will see the credit balance on their portal.

Q: My course is now online for the rest of this semester/year – can I cancel my booking and still have cashback when I book with you in the future?

A: Students will lose the qualification if they cancel/defer their booking before checking in.

Q: I booked my room in advance and have a 5% discount, can I still have a cashback?

A: This promotion cannot be used with any other offer and therefore cannot be used when 5% discount has already been applied. 

Q: I already have a subscription chosen as part of previous promotion, can I exchange it for this one? Will I be able to change this promotion for another future one (if there will be) more interesting for me?

A: No, once you’ve booked a room and participated in a promotion you won’t be able to change it.

Q: I booked for a short stay and then my plans changed and need to stay the whole year. If I booked in the correct time but not enjoyed this cashback because it wasn’t nine months can I ask for it now?

A: No, the promotion is only valid for reservations made for the whole academic year (9 months minimum with an exception of 7 months’ contract for MIR students in Oviedo).
